British Vocal Group 'The Stargazers' were formed in 1949 by Cliff Adams (latterly of the Cliff Adams Singers); The Stargazers scored two UK Singles Chart No. 1 Hits in the 1950s, 'I see The Moon' 1953, 'Broken Wings' 1953. The Stargazers were Petula Clark's backing vocal group on her early recordings.
